The Roma retractable awning has a timeless and effortlessly graceful style. Designed with a compact square bracing bar and gently rounded front bar, the Roma provides an understated, tailored look that draws the eye to the fabric. Its slender, squared arms fold inward and slide noiselessly across the front bar as the awning opens and closes.
Roma's frame is made of extremely durable Qualicoat® brand powder-coated non-rusting aluminum with aluminum brackets. It has non-rusting German Flexon® brand stainless steel chains in the arms, the strongest available in the industry. Roma also can be covered in a full range of solution-dyed acrylic fabrics. This woven, breathable fabric has vibrant colors, a superior UV and glare protection history, and special treatments that make it mold, water and stain-resistant.
The Roma can be installed with a pitch anywhere from 0° (essentially flat, for maximum shade) to 45° (a relatively steep angle, good for late afternoon shade or light rains). The Roma has a Beaufort wind load rating of 4 and can handle light rain.
The minimalist look of the Roma is ideally suited to homes, where the Roma is a dramatic frame for a patio, deck, balcony, or even pool. The Roma model is also used for many commercial establishments such as restaurants, hotels, nightclubs, pubs, and outdoor events such as weddings or any area that needs a large area using a water-resistant product. The retractable awning is of excellent quality & very heavy-duty, commercial-grade. There were hundreds of fabrics and several frame colors to choose from and many options for the operation of the awning. Very customizable product. I didn’t see this many options from any other vendor. I am really happy with the service & selections I made and the Italian mastermind design and engineering of my purchase. I expect to get a lot of years out of it

Your awning was not cheap! I could tell from your website it is a European designed and manufactured awning and not made or designed in China. I definitely did not want to purchase a cheap awning that in the long term I would most likely have problems with. I found out a month after purchasing my large Roma retractable awning factory direct from Retractableawnings.com that my neighbor purchased two awnings from you 16 years ago and his retractable awnings are still in outstanding condition

I wanted to let you know that I received my replacement parts last week for my premium motorized shade retractable awning which I purchased from your company a few years ago. It's rather windy here in the Pacific Northwest at times. Although the wind sensor has worked flawlessly, the wind can be extreme and sudden and nothing will protect like manually retracting the awning when the forecast includes this type of weather. With that said, a few weeks ago severe and sudden gusts broke the die-cast pitch-adjusting register parts. I was encouraged to see you were still in business and left a phone message on a Saturday. Not only did Morris call me back that day, but he knew exactly what I needed and got the order on the books, and shipped the parts the following business day. I received the parts a few days later and easily repaired the awning with the instructions provided. Two things were apparent in this process: Your company provides excellent customer service and the quality of your premium retractable shade awning was worth the extra cost over other lesser quality awnings.
I have included a few photos of the awning attached to the front of my home. Deck and slider face south; the awning keeps the front of the house so much cooler in the summer and adds lots of curb appeal to my home! Just wanted you to know I am a very satisfied customer

My daughter graduated from college in June. I wanted to let you know that we used your power motorized awnings for her graduation party at our house. Some of our guests commented about how much cooler it was under the power motorized awnings.
